The new Insurance Supervision Act (ISA) ensures greater transparency in insurance transactions. In accordance with Art. 45 ISA, intermediaries are required to provide information on the following points:

2. Cooperation with insurance companies

Credura is registered with FINMA as an independent intermediary and may receive commissions, brokerage fees or other compensation from insurance companies in connection with insurance brokerage, which the client explicitly waives the right to receive. Credura discloses the amount of compensation received within the scope of the service and upon request. Credura may share the compensation with the client — information about this is provided within the scope of the service.

3. Liability

Credura works with its clients within the framework of the General Terms and Conditions. Credura is liable for errors, negligence or incorrect information in connection with our brokerage activities. There is a professional indemnity insurance with AXA with a guaranteed sum of CHF 2,000,000 for financial losses as well as for personal injury and property damage.

4. Education and training

All employees of Credura involved in insurance brokerage possess the skills and knowledge required for their activities and are certified accordingly.

5. Processing of personal data

Data protection is an important concern for Credura. Therefore, customer data is processed only with great care and in accordance with legal requirements.
